About Canetani Properties

Canetani is a small charitable organization that generates its income entirely from the  rental properties in the program. 100% of the income from these properties goes to charitable causes, focusing on affordable housing (Habitat for Humanity), diabetes research, third world education and economic development and environmental causes. We expect to donate $60,000 annually with these properties.
